The primary house features two levels, comprising four air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs, you'll find a living area, bathroom, and kitchen. Additionally, there is a granny flat which might be occupied by other guests and Pool/Sauna area is shared. The granny flat has a separate entrance. Step outside to enjoy the expansive outdoor area, which boasts two decks, a trampoline, playground, pool, and sauna.

This property has a strict no parties, events, or gatherings policy. Only the guests listed in the booking are permitted on the premises - no additional visitors are allowed at any time. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund, and all guests will be required to leave the property immediately. If necessary, authorities will be called to assist with the eviction. Lost spare keys will incur a $100 key and lock replacement fee. Additional cleaning charges apply if left in unacceptable condition. Any extra guests found to be staying in the property without approval will be charged $150 per night per person for the duration of their stay. No guests in caravans, campers, swags, tents allowed. No pets and smoking inside allowed.

Tanya and Will are lovely hosts, we all had a wonderful time in their well appointed and well situated home. There is something fabulous about having a sauna and swim late in the evening and the kids loved it too. We hope to be back before long! Thank you Tanya and Will for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful place and great for big families. We were lucky that no one was in the Granny flat as we had the entire place to ourselves. Home was big and comfortable and the pool was handy as it was hot. Would recommend families to stay.
