Other Details to Note

Access to the guest house has about 15 steps in total and is not wheelchair friendly. Please note that the guest house is for Max 5 people and the pool can be used from 8am till 9pm . It shouldn't be used at night time due to insurance reason. No glass is allowed around the pool at all time and the gate should be never blocked as we have small kids . No visitors allowed on our property/pool unless approved. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, sponges, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions. Guests without reviews need to submit ID in the App. No ID-no keys.

This property has a strict no parties, events, or gatherings policy. Only the guests listed in the booking are permitted on the premises - no additional visitors are allowed at any time. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund, and all guests will be required to leave the property immediately. If necessary, authorities will be called to assist with the eviction. Lost spare keys will incur a $100 key and lock replacement fee. Additional cleaning charges apply if left in unacceptable condition. Any extra guests found to be staying in the property without approval will be charged $150 per night per person for the duration of their stay. No guests in caravans, campers, swags, tents allowed. No pets and smoking inside allowed.
